Work For Us

We are currently accepting applications for the 2019 harvest season. There are things we expect from an employee no matter his or her job. We expect respect for our property and equipment; respect for crew members, clientele, and all other business associates; and respect for each other’s space. There are no unimportant people or jobs on our crews. We work together as a team — not in competition with each other.

Employees must be willing to listen, learn, and follow instructions.

Each employee must submit to a pre-employment drug test. We are a DOT compliant company; therefore, random drug testing is required.

You will be working in, with, and around farm equipment. Safety is important to us at all times and should be practiced at all times.

The harvest experience is what you make it. If you are willing to work hard, enjoy new experiences, and see the Midwest, we invite you to consider being a part of our progressive operation with state of the art equipment. Farming experience is not necessary but welcomed.

Employment is open to those who live in the United States, as well as internationally. For those who want to apply internationally, click on the link below, and follow the necessary steps in getting your work visa.

We look forward to hearing from ambitious individuals interested in being a part of our family-driven business
